Condition monitoring for hydraulic oil and lube oil

The condition monitoring of hydraulic oil, lube oil, gear oil and other fluids via online monitoring and/or on-site is a fixed part of a professional oil care and oil analyses program. Regular oil analysis documents the oil condition and trend curves and allows the check whether the oil cleanliness required by the manufacturers of the sensitive components is achieved.

The continuous monitoring of contaminants (particles, water), wear debris, oxidation rate, total acid number (TAN) / total base number (TBN) and viscosity etc.:

  • send us information about the oil condition and machine condition
  • enable the detection of wear and leakages at the earliest and condition-based maintenance
  • enable control whether an oil change or an additional fine filtration in the off-line circuit is necessary
  • allow control of efficiency and performance of the in-line and off-line filter
