Filter Separators

CJC Filter Separators combine fine and depth filtration with coalescing filtration for separation of free water from oil and diesel. Simultaneously, CJC Filter Separators remove particles, oil ageing products and acid compounds from oil and diesel. CJC Filter Separators are ideal for the use in the industrial, energy, mining as well as marine and offshore sector.

Coalescing filtration is suitable for separation of free water from mineral oils and synthetic fluids with a good demulsification time (< 20 minutes). For optimum coalescing performance, the solid and soft contaminants (particles and oil ageing products) consisting in the oil are removed by fine filtration. The especially for CJC Filter Separators designed CJC Fine Filter Inserts function as a fine filter and simultaneously as coalescer. During the passage through the mesh of cellulose microscopic water parts combine to droplets. In a subsequent process, the water droplets are separated and deposited in a settling area.
